You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your password with anyone, and always make sure to log out after using a public or shared device. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. lv 18 will never ask for your password by email or message — treat any such request as fraudulent.
As part of the account verification process, lv 18 may request a copy of your National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
All users must conduct themselves honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the law while using the lv 18 platform. Collecting platform data for competitive or commercial purposes constitutes a breach of these terms. In the event of any violation, we reserve the right to issue a notice directly to your account, and action will be taken based on the severity of the breach.
Payment & Transaction Policy (BDT)
All financial transactions on lv 18 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). We support a range of mobile banking and payment methods available in Bangladesh for deposits. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum deposit limits, which you can view in the Payment section after logging into the platform. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though delays may occur due to issues with your bank or mobile operator.
Your account must be fully verified and all relevant betting conditions must be met before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests typically take 1 to 5 business days to process. If unusual activity is detected on your account, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending an investigation. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the original deposit.
